The Department of Administration is responsible for advising the Rector of all administrative works, including health and safety works and environmental sanitation,  as well as on management and use of facilities, assets and equipment of the school.

Accordingly, the Department of Administration has the following tasks:
- Implement the administration including clerical and archival works.
- Receive, register, classify, distribute, process the incoming documents; Make lists and create documents for organizations.
- Carry out the meeting and diplomatic works including the management of public-duty vehicles, meeting rooms.
- Implement the regular safety work and organize the prevention of fire and explosions in the school.
- Do the tasks: Ensuring the material, technical facilities, equipment, means of working and others conditions for employees and learners are up to the regulations.
- Formulate a plan of development and regulations on the management of the school's facilities, including land, construction works, equipment and assets of the school.
- Manage and instruct the use of basic material, property and equipment belonging to the school in order to make economic decision, fight corruption and waste.
